1. Marketplace Scope & Account Roles

L9at Store (https://l9at.store) operates a controlled multi-vendor marketplace for legitimate digital and gaming products. Public registration creates a Customer account only. Seller privileges are granted solely by administrative invitation and approval.

2. Mandatory Listing Moderation & Permitted Goods

Approved Sellers must submit all listings and material updates for administrative review. Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing stolen accounts, compromised credentials, unauthorized account transfers, malware, counterfeit keys, or any content that infringes intellectual property rights or publisher terms.

3. Pricing, Currencies & Orders

Listings are stored in the seller’s original currency. Display conversions in USD, EUR, or TND use administrator-configured exchange rates. When an order is placed, the applicable exchange rate and commission breakdown are snapshotted on the order record.

4. Digital Delivery & Buyer Responsibilities

Access to digital delivery instructions and files is restricted to the authenticated purchaser of a paid order. Buyers are responsible for verifying system compatibility and regional activation requirements prior to purchase.
