Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

1. Unpaid / Pending Orders

Orders in Pending Payment status can be cancelled directly by the customer from their Order Details page, automatically restoring reserved stock.

2. Digital Keys & Consumable Licenses

Due to the nature of digital license keys and redeemable codes, once a digital delivery credential or file has been unlocked and revealed, refunds are granted only if the product is proven defective, invalid, or not as described.

3. Dispute Resolution via Support Tickets

If you encounter any issue with a digital delivery, open a Support Ticket referencing your Order Number. L9at Store administrators review the seller’s delivery logs and can issue an administrative refund decision when warranted.
