We collect account registration details (email, name, language and currency preferences), seller profile and onboarding records, order and transaction history, support ticket correspondence, and security audit logs necessary to operate L9at Store safely.
2. Payment Security
L9at Store never collects or stores raw payment card numbers or CVV security codes. Live payments are processed exclusively through hosted payment checkout providers verified server-side.
3. GDPR Rights: Data Export & Account Deletion
Authenticated users can export a complete machine-readable JSON copy of their personal data or submit an account deletion request at any time from Customer Dashboard → Account Settings.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session, enforce security controls, and remember your selected interface language (EN/FR/AR) and currency (USD/EUR/TND).
